Academic Guidelines

A student can be expelled from the school due to:

  1. Constant weakness in studies.

  2. Irregularity in attendance.

  3. Behavior problems and ill manners.

  4. Overage in the class.

  5. Non- payment of fees.

  6. Rude behaviour of parents with school authorities.

Academic Year and Information:

  1. Academic year commences in April.

  2. The School works six days a week (Every second Saturday will be a holiday).

  3. The year syllabus is divided into two terms.

    • 1st term April to September.

    • 2nd tern October to March.

  1. The minimum pass percentage for promotion is 40% in the aggregate as well as in each subject.

  2. No leave shall be granted during examination.

  3. Promotion to next class will be based on

    • Term 1 – FA1 (10%) + FA2 (10%) + SA1 (30%) =50%

    • Term 2 – FA3 (10%) + FA4 (10%) + SA2 (30%) =50%

Courses:

The Medium of Instruction is English and the School is in accordance with CBSE pattern. The school provides education from pre nursery to XII.

For XI and XII, we have four streams Medical, Non Medical, Arts and Commerce.

House Structure:

The house structure creates an opportunity for students to be involved in the organizational aspects of the school. It enhances students connectedness to the school and promotes greater participation in co- curricular activities, in functioning and working of school. The entire strength of the school has been divided into four houses with senior teachers as incharges.
